Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee allows your patient to try the Chiroflow® pillow risk-free. If they are not fully satisfied within 30 days of purchase, you may refund them directly. In return, Chiroflow® will issue you a store credit equal to the value of the returned pillow. No replacement pillows are sent.

Store credit does not expire and can be applied at checkout. Incomplete submission of the required information may result in denial of your claim.

How to Claim the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee 

Submit all required information to:info@chiroflow.com

  • Account Email  Store credit will be issued to the same email used for the original order. 
  • Returned Product and Quantity 
  • Reason for Return 
  • Customer Purchase Invoice & Refund Receipt  Must show both the original invoice and proof of refund, dated within 30 days of purchase. 

Required Photos 

  • Photo 1: Back of Pillow with Return Date Marked  Date must be clearly visible and must touch the side of the cap. 
  • Photo 2: Cut-Out Cap Placed Over the Date  Cap must cross the date and be placed on top of the pillow. 

Note: These photos are required by the FDA as proof of product destruction. Chiroflow cannot accept alternate photos or documentation that do not meet these exact requirements.
